Are You Eligible?

Requirements

  • Accredited investor status under SEC definition
  • Income of $200,000+ per year (or $300,000 combined with spouse) for the past two years
  • Net worth exceeding $1 million, excluding primary residence
  • Comfortable with illiquid, private placement structures

What We Look For

  • Long-term capital with a 3-7 year investment horizon
  • Minimum investment of $50,000 per deal
  • Aligned values - transparency, patient capital, and partnership over quick wins
