His background in commercial contracting gives Zencore Realty a distinct edge in evaluating, renovating, and operating multifamily assets that others undervalue. He co-invests in every deal alongside Zencore investors — no deal he wouldn't put his own capital into.

He founded Zencore Realty to offer a select group of DFW investors direct access to institutional-quality real estate deals with the transparency and personal touch of a boutique firm.
